Today, students at universities in advanced countries typically enroll colleges, such as the College of Education, which offer interdisciplinary programs for undergraduates their first and second years, allowing them to explore personal interests, experience educational research fields, complete integrated curricula, then choose a major third year. To cooperate with government’s epidemic prevention policies measures post-COVID-19 era, trend e-learning distance teaching has accelerated establishment online curricula Education facilitate effective future teacher professional development (TPD). Therefore, it is very important construct evaluation metrics competency-based (CB-TPD) implement practice. This used social network analysis (SNA) methods, approaches, theoretical concepts, affiliation networks bipartite graphs comprised occupational titles common competencies (i.e., Element Name ID), well knowledge, skills, abilities, other characteristics (KSAOs), from U.S. information (O*NET) 26.1 OnLine database, collect data on occupations professionals. study also Gephi visualization software carry out descriptive statistics keyword co-occurrences measure centrality metrics, including weighted degree centrality, betweenness closeness verify importance ranking competency eight categories professionals three special education teachers five teachers, except education).
